Shipping Policy – Tropique Store
Shipping & Handling
Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information will become active within 24 hours.
Tropique Store is not responsible for any additional costs incurred due to an incorrect or outdated shipping address. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and up to date at the time of purchase.
Processing Time
We are a small business run by women entrepreneurs. Please allow 1 to 2 business days to process your order. All our products are handmade and made to order. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. All packages are shipped via Correios (or a local carrier, depending on your location) through either Priority or Economy shipping.
Refund Policy – Tropique Store
Returns
Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
Custom items are not eligible for return or refund. Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged, as they cannot be reused. Non-customised items may be returned.
Any defective products will be replaced with the same item unless a refund is requested. Tropique Store requires the defective item to be returned, and a prepaid return envelope will be included with the replacement.
To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase or receipt.
Partial refunds may be granted for:
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
We do not provide return shipping labels for gifts (the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank — there is often a processing time before a refund is reflected in your account.

Sale Items
Items purchased on sale will be refunded at the purchase price paid.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at hello@tropique.store and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth more than R$75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
